Is it possible to simulate with the ModelSim Altera Edition (free) the On-Chip Flash Intel FPGA IP? I am able to simulate with questa-sim at my work place, but I get an error (below) when trying to simulate at home with the free version.

It also couldn't find dual_cfg_ip. The transcript is attached.
