image saving on ddr2

We r using EP3C120F780C7 CYCLONE III for our project. We r doing project on image Processing.

It is possible for us to use previously store image from computer ?

so that we can take that through nios ii software and save that on ddr2 of cyclone iii and display it on lcd.

Please try to correct me if i am going wrong.
