IBIS or SPICE model for 1.5V PCML interface

Based on this Knowledge Base Article (refer to this link: Do Altera IBIS models support the 1.5V PCML I/O standard? (intel.com)), the IBIS model for 1.5V PCML interface supposedly used for HSSI pins and not for general purpose I/O.

Hence, I think you are using the correct model.
