I am looking for correct IBIS or spice model for 1.5V PCML interface SI of Arria V GX.
I am looking at this IBIS "arria5gxgt_Preliminary_hssi_ibis_ami_models_v0p2.zip" in this website.
Is this the correct model for 1.5V PCML?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Intel FPGA Community.
Based on this Knowledge Base Article (refer to this link: Do Altera IBIS models support the 1.5V PCML I/O standard? (intel.com)), the IBIS model for 1.5V PCML interface supposedly used for HSSI pins and not for general purpose I/O.
Hence, I think you are using the correct model.
