Hi I am using MAX II Micro Kit. In my application i need to use 32.768Mhz oscillator. Can i replace 50 Mhz oscillator with 32.768 Mhz? If i change it, will i have programming problems? how ca...

I have "can't access jtag chain, error code 44" error, while i am trying to program. What does error code 44 mean?
