I want to know how I can provide "Loihi" Neuromorphic chip from Intel. It is not yet released but it can be used for research purposes. This question is not very straightforward, so I really appreciate if you can help me on that.

I, Dr. Milad Lankarany, am an Assistant Prof - Scientist at University of Toronto - UHN, in Canada. Our research is on Computational Neuroscience, and we aim to provide "Loihi Neuromorphic Chip" from Intel. Dr. Mike Davies is the director of this project in Intel. I really appreciate for your kind consideration in advance

I think you're in the wrong forum. This forum is to discuss FPGA devices.

Do you know any forum for Neuromorphic chip that I can ask this question?
