I need a Letter of Volatility (LOV) for the FPGA Download Cable II.

We plan on using it in a classified environment, and the LOV must address the following items:

• Memory Type
• Memory Capacity
• Does the memory contain User Data; is the data user accessible?
• Method to securely erase User Data, if any.
