How to implement zooming effect?

I would like to ask how to implement zooming effect on the Terasic Multimedia Touch Panel Daughter Board by the LCD TV demonstration of "MTDB_LCD_TV". That means how to modify the programme / module(...

1. You need to define the periphery of the zoom wrt to the touch point.

2. Once the sensor detects the touch on the screen at a particular point, you can calculate the periphery and display that portion of the image.

3. The zoomed image must be available in more number of pixels compared to the original image.
