how to get the 100MHz signal by ep1c3t144c8

Question

I have a board which has the ep1c3t144c8 and AD9883A. I can carry the  800*600 60Hz VGA signal. But now I want  to carry the 1024*768 @60Hz signal. The external crystal is 50mHz. How to deal with it? Can ALTPLL deal with it?

using a PLL with a x2 multiplier will give you a 100MHz clock.
