how to get index_logo mif of image for VGA

In Quartus_CD of DE2-115 where Default Programs written in Verilog are present under DE2_115_Demonstration/DE2_115Default/VGA_Data i have two mif files index_logo and img_data_logo . I somehow understood how to get img_data_logo but I am not getting how do i get that index_logo part.

Can please someone help me.My final year project is lacking because of this. I have attached the default index_logo mif picture.
