How to download "ALTDQ DQS2 Design Example for Arria V"?

The link does not work​. http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/File:Top_AV_15_1.zip How can I download this zip file? Clicking on the link to the zip redirects to the forum page again.

Intel IT had just resolve the issue yesterday, I had tested and it work.

Can you test it from your side?
