If the chip is the LAN91C111 then you can't use the Triple Speed Ethernet IP with it. The TSE is a MAC that needs to be connected to a PHY, while the LAN91C111 is a chip that includes both the MAC and the PHY.

There is a component in SOPC builder than can be interfaced with a LAN91C111
