How to calc CS from EPCS16 and compare it with CS of the POF file

Hello,

We need to dynamically check checksum of EPCS16. We want to compare this CS with CS from Quartus Programming Tools (Pof file CS).

Is it possible to get same CS of EPCS16 and Pof-File from Quartus Programming Tools?

How to calc this CS?

I'm looking for an algorithm.
