How to access to license server via proxy?

My environment needs to access network via a proxy server. I configured the proxy server in the Quartus option configuration that is "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Internet Connectivity" -> "Access the web using a proxy server", however, it does not work. Quartus still returns the error like "Warning (292006): Can't contact license server "xxx@xxxxx" -- this server will be ignored."

I already checked the license works under the situation that this machine directly connects to the network (not via proxy server), as a test. Could you let me know if you have any clue to solve this problem?

    Only solution : If you can access directly and cannot connect cause your behind the firewall perhaps it will be worth to use myAltera support.

    cause it depends on how your network is organized.
