How do you modify the analog outputs of the THDB_ADA for low frequency output?

I saw that there was an image posted depicting the modifications to the input circuit for single-ended signaling, but I haven't found any instruction on how to do the mods for the outputs. I tried removing T5 and soldering a jumper wire between the pins 3 & 6 pads, but I am not seeing a output. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
