How do I a download the Arria 10 IBIS AMI models?

I need to download the Arria 10 IBIS AMI models in order to run some SI analysis. The web page says to contact support, and support have told me to post this request here so that an agent can provide...

I also need to download the Arria 10 IBIS AMI models. We have taken CNDA with Intel. Deshi_Intel, please contact me by email or other private means in order to share the CNDA number.

The models needed are:
