How can i Set up the" pin_dclk "and "pin_as_data" to be an I/O port

I use then 10AS066H3F34 in my project , I went to use the AS port to be I/O port ,how can i do that ? thanks a lots .

    You may change that on Pin Planner function on Quartus software.
