How can i generate an ISC File using Quartus II 10.0 full Version with ServicePack 1?

Hi,

i tried to generate an ISC file using Quartus II programmer with a MAX II (EPM1270T144) CPLD, but Quartus II displayed the message: "Error: This version of the Quartus II software does not support ISC file generation for device EPM1270T144".

Then i tried to create the ISC file directly in Quartus II, i have a Quartus II Full License but the entry "Create JAM, JBC, SVF or ISC File..." is greyed in the register "File -> Create / Update". How can i proceed?
