Highest frequency on EP2C5 ?

Hello :

Anybody knows what is the highest frequency can be obtained from EP2C5's inside PLL?

my input clock is 50Mhz

anybody knows?

    Why don't you consult the Cyclone II hardware manual? Basically, the limitation isn't in the PLL rather than the maximum core clock respectively output toggle rate. So the answer depends on what you want to use the clock for, also on the device speed grade and the involved I/O standard.

    my input clock is 50Mhz, and I need a 400Mhz clock to drive the internal RAM, but I'm not sure if it's available on EP2C5, didn't find it

    The general numbers are already written on the first datasheet pages under features. It says 260 MHz for internal RAM.

    Also the first lines of the Memory blocks chapter have a speed specification.
