Hi I would like to ask a questions about measure BSC package outline dimension.

100-Pin (TQFP) package have 14mm BSC dimension for size D1 and E1. After measure this dimension I have 13.82-13.84mm. Package with dimension D1/E1 13.82mm conform specification for 100-Pin (TQFP)? ...

Hi,

We are very sorry that we can't help that much but by following JEDEC standard, BSC has no tolerance.

According to our KDB, BSC means basic spacing between centers which has no tolerance. Apologize for the inconveniences.
