Hi ​I would like to ask a questions about measure BSC package outline dimension.

100-Pin (TQFP) package have 14mm BSC dimension for size D1 and E1. After measure this dimension I have 13.82-13.84mm. Package with dimension D1/E1 13.82mm conform specification for 100-Pin (TQFP)? ...
