help on communication between tow Startix Gx boards

hello All .

could you give me suggestion how can i achieve 1.25 Gbps communication between tow FPGA boards connected through optical cable and in each broad there is 125 MHz local clock.

if one the broads is Master and the other is Salve and i want know if it is possible to use the recovered clock in the Salve node for transmission also ?
