Hi,
I am facing problem in connecting 2 modules in vhdl, I am using altera quartus II software with its built in simulator, can any one help me to over come this problem.The situation is that i need to connect 2 routers of similar types, one module is working as my requirement now i need to connect several such modules(routers) to develop a protocol to send packets from one source to a destination can any one help me ...2 Replies

Any good book in VHDL will explain you how to do it. Or with a 2-second Google search I found this document (http://www.eetindia.co.in/articles/2001mar/2001mar22_icd_an1.pdf?sources=download).
