Hello, I want to develop a LED matrix display which can be used in smart city projects. which FPGA shall i used for this project.

Question

This display can show real time data, video,single line text , multi line text, images. Also has LAN, GSM, usb and bluetooth connectivity to send and receive data from command control center. Audio processing.

So which FPGA shall i used to develop all this features in multiple led module connected to each other.
