Having some weird flicker with VGA signal. *Please* point me to the probable cause.

Hi Hrvoje, Glad to hear that you have managed to resolve the flickering issue. Regarding your latest inquiry on the altsyncram, altshift_taps and lpm_divide with Quartus Lite, sorry as I am not really familiar with these IPs and Quartus Lite. However, I would recommend you to try using Quartus Lite to compile your design with these IPs. If you are able to build and generate SOF with your design without any license or time limited SOF related warning, there should be no issue with your design.
