Hi, I have UP2 Board. I have installed MAX+PLUS II Baseline software Student edition. I got licence.net file from Altera support. I put this licence.net file in the root directory of MAX+PLUS...

I think the big problem is you are using Max+PLUS II, which is about 7/8 years old now. Try moving to quartus instead (that you can download for free with a web licence).
