Honored ContributorYou have GPIO header with 2.54mm pin strip.
When you use a pin as a single pin you usually call it Single-Ended https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/single-ended_signaling You can use a couple of (special) pins in GPIO header of DE10 as LVDS https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/low-voltage_differential_signaling
