Global clock setting

Hi,

I'm working with MAX2, EPM2210F256I5 CPLD.

How can I make the Global Clocks (2, Pin J5 and Pin H5) to be 3.3V instead of 1.8V?

If I'm implementing old code to the CPLD, the pins will be 3.3V but if I’ll implement my code (new code), the pins will be 1.8V – Hardware is good.

I would think that my code is note good but there is no logic for this pins- ‘1’ constant in the begging of the hierarchy.
