Getting started with CycloneII EP2C5T144

I bought EP2C5T144 CycloneII board from 21eda.com (299RMB): JTAG, AS, RS232, mouse-plug, SD-card socket, leds --. Since instructions are in Chinese, I am a bit lost in getting started.

1. Would someone point some getting started tutorial in English?

2. Do I need Altera's ByteBlaster for it?

3. Where are examples?

"21EDA NIOSII SOPC FPGA" is written on the board.
