Generating a binary file from cyclone IV FPGA

I have a cyclone IV FPGA in one of my control card for traction application.By using Quartus tool i could generate only .pof,.sof,.rbf files.How could i generate binary(.bin) files?

    What is this to be used for? .bin is not an output file format from the tool. A .rbf is a raw binary format file so maybe that's what you need.
