GCLK voltage on MAX II with all I/O banks 1.8 Volts?

What is the allowed voltage range for the GCLK[0:3] clock voltages (which are on banks 1 and 3) on MAX II with all I/O banks configured to run on 1.8 Volts?

(edit) I am using GCLK as clocks, not generic inputs. (/edit)

The datasheet mentions the I/O is 3.3 Volts tolerant when the banks are 1.8 Volts.

However, does this also hold for the GCLK[3:0] pins?

    Simply consider that GLCK and generic inputs are sharing the input buffer. Otherwise, you would find a separate GCLK input specification in the device handbook.
