FPGA with DDR5 or HBM2 memory

Hello, i'm looking for a FPGA with an integrate memory DDR5 or HBM2. Are there any altera product with these characteristics? Regards, Antonio

I can't find any Stratix 10 MX boards available anywhere- could you point me in the direction of these development boards with HBM that are available now? Do you know of any release or pricing information for Stratix 10 MX boards that will be available (possibly through altera) in the future?
