FPGA flash read command

Hi,
I have a question about SPI command used to read flash contents and I hope you can help me.

We are using Arria V 5AGXFB3H4 (5AGXFB3H4F35I3N).
IP is located in flash.

I would like to know which SPI command with which parameters is used to retrieve flash contents?
