FPGA ECCN #s EP1S30F780I6 & EP1S80F1508I7

Hello,

I need to know what the "aggregate one-way peak serial transceiver data rate" is for the following FPGAs, EP1S30F780I6 & EP1S80F1508I7; and can you share with me what I need to look for in order to calaulate this data rate?
