FPGA doesn't run after pof file programming.

The chip - MAX10M50SAE144. When I program sof file - it runs OK. When I program pof file - it doesn't run.

nCONFIG - pull-up, CONFIG_SEL - pull-down, CONFIG_DONE - pull-up.

What could be a problem?

    Hello,


    Do you have scope shot for below signals:

    1. nCONFIG
    2. nSTATUS
    3. CONF_DONE
    4. VCC, VCCA, VCCIO


    How did you generate the .pof? Can you make sure the Quartus version is same?

      Thank you. The problem was a missing pull-up on nSTATUS.
