FPGA configuration using FlashMemory that JIC file does not start from 0x00 start address- possible?

Hi, My FPGA device is Cyclone V - 5CEFA7U19I7. My Flash Memory device is MT25QL256ABA1EW7 (Micron). Will the FPGA config if the JIC file does not start from a 0x00 start address? Thanks.
