flashing EPCQ128 instead of EPCS128 since discontinue of EPCS

Since Intel/Altera is pulling the plug on the EPCS manufacturing line (See here (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/pcn/pdn1708.pdf3jgrzziwafj40vwb8btg)) I need to move to EPCQ. I'm working with Remote Update and serial flash loader IP's on Quartus 13.1 (which I flash the RBF file). Except for re-producing these IP's with EPCQ instead of EPCS, do I need to do anything else? Will the RBF can be flashed to the EPCQ?

    When you create the .rbf files in the programming file conversion utility, you'll have to adjust the conversion settings appropriately. Other than that, it should work fine I would think.
