Flash programming problem

Hi All,

I wanted to store my *.elf software in the DE2 flash memory to be able to boot without PC like an embedded system. The university program SoPC Builder extension supports the flash controller IP core, I used that. I have built my design and the flash programmer started to work but finally it stopped with the following error: "Error Code: 8 for command..." I have attached the design files, could you help me to fix this problem? What had I missed?

    I'm not very sure if this is the reason there's a problem, but wouldn't you have to use JTAG UART component in the Qsys design? Or is that not necessary for Flash Programming?
