Honored ContributorCan you specify what kind of GUI? Is it TCL command script running in the background? To convert either elf or sof to flash, you can find the command in here https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/nios2/edh_ed51004.pdf. Hopes it will help you to understand the command.
