hello I'm quite a beginner in digital card design. At the moment I would need to design a small board with the fpga in question 5CEFA7F23.
How do i choose the memory with which to interface it? is there any tutorial? EPCS or EPCQ?

EPCS and EPCQ was obsolete and replaced with EPCQ-A. You may refer to below link for EPCQ-A.
