FIT Rates for Cyclone 10 FPGA

I've been looking for FIT Rates for Cyclone 10 FPGA for days... Support sent me here but I still have not found an answer. This information should be readily available. Does anyone have this information? The part I'm using is: 10CL040YF484C8G

    FIT= 34.3 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.
