FIT rate or MTBF for 10M04SCU169I7G

I've been looking for FIT Rates or MTBF for 10M04SCU169I7G... Does anyone have this information? I am looking for the value at 40C.

    Regarding the request for the FIT value of 10M04SCU169I7G. Below are the details for the FIT value.

    FIT= 20.5 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.
