Based on the Knowledge Base, which can refer tohttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/articles/000086214.html?wapkw=failure%20in%20time, in order to obtain the FIT data for Altera/Intel devices, you need to download the Reliability Report from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/resources-documentation/developer.html


However, you need to sign in first or register if you do not have account yet.
