Finding name in block diagram

hi~ I have a problem finding name in blcok diagram. i made a fulladder with vhdl language. but i want to make a fulladder with block diagram.. but i cant find where it is!! Do ...

once you've created the symbol file, you then double click in your block diagram file and find the entity you want to place.
