Feed GTECH to Quartus?

I am using Designware blocks that have encrypted RTL, but I am emulating my entire design in Altera FPGAs. I am using the Altera tools. DC will generate GTECH for me (which I can use with Xilinx tools) but I want to use this with Altera tools. Will Quartus handle GTECH? If not - how do I deal with this?
