Just to clarify, I've not tried to install it. I can't get the cyclone III starter kit to download from the page: https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-cyc3-starter.html When I follow the link on the page the browser says it is "Sending a Request..." but nothing happens.
