Fail to configuring D5M camera

Hi, I just purchased TRDB_D5M camera. I followed a demostration given on how to configuring the camera and load the image to PC. unfortunately this warning appeared :

"download NIOS2 file (DE2_70_CAMERA.elf) fail!".

What actually causes of this error and what should i do?
