FA request of Intel FBGA LJ40GAE0T00 failure at Quanta SMT BFT test

Quanta (Shanghai Chian) found 1 PCS intel FBGA(IC CTRL(1517P)10AXF40GAE(FBGA)EMSMSF) fail, at SMT function test found the MB which built this FBGA happened Factory test scripts internal error, replaced the FBGA re-test MB Pass, SMT PE had done the cross validation found the failure following the FBGA, so we need Intel support the FA request of this fail FBGA, please help check and give the feedback soon. Thanks!
