Evaluation Board

I m a Beginner.I am looking for a Evaluation board to start. Can any one suggest me a board? I dont want to start with the simplest nor do i want to start with the complex one. I know how to use Quartus II software as i worked with Cyclone II FPGA device.I would really appreciate if you can help me.

    What kind of applications do you want to try out? Network, audio, video, touch screen?

    Have a look at the inputs/outputs provided with each board.
