Error running Agilex 5 LPDDR4 example design simulation

I am trying to run the lpddr4 example design simulation using Questa Intel Starter FPGA Edition-64 2024.3 and running into this error after "source msim_setup.tcl" command. I am following the steps...

Hi Azmin,

Per your advice, I added to the "%QUARTUS_ROOTDIR%\bin64" to my PATH variable and restart the computer but still not solving the problem.

Why it always point to older Quartus version which no longer in my computer?
