Error: JTAG chain problem detected - Stratix II EP2S180

Hi, I can't program my Stratix II EP2S180 FPGA because I get these errors when I test the JTAG chain: http://idzr.org/75a2 http://idzr.org/spa8

Hard to tell. JTAG cable the right way around? Config switches (if any) set correct? Hard to know without more information.
